(Additional or in-house programmes as required).
This practical two-day workshop was first introduced in 2001, and has proven to be a very popular and highly interactive experience for those in their first role of managing others.
Focused on the day-to-day management of individuals and teams, Team Leader provides those attending with a variety of practical tools, and the opportunity to try these out before taking them back into the workplace.
Each participant will undertake an analysis of their team’s current performance and potential, and during the workshop will develop a detailed Action Plan on some issue of particular relevance to their own team.
Programme Objectives:
To improve the quality of participants’ team leadership performance by a clearer understanding of the value of effective communication, coaching and feedback, and the use of people management techniques and applications.
To provide participants with practical tools and practices on which to build effective team and individual performance in the workplace.
Who Attends?
